My former self was a teacher in elementary and preschool. I’ve taken that teacher love and put it into training women in the gym and out of the gym. Being a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and World Fitness Association gives me a foundation to make the most of your time in the gym and how each persons’ journey is personal, different and should be treated with a unique respect to hit your goals.
I’m a gal that thrives on being my authentic self, striving to be my best and working with others to do the same.
Finding the balance of fun, fuel and fitness is my personal goal. Eating clean and indulging occasionally is totally ok! Working out and having rest days is also ok and necessary.
